Hebei Yiling Hospital was founded by academician Wu Yiling in 1992. Diabetes Department, a key one of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, raises a new concept of “to cure the diabetes mellitus from the standpoint of spleen theory” and formulates the new method of “nourishing spleen and body fluid ＋smoothing vein” to treat diabetes and vascular complications under the guidance of vein theory. The curative effect is remarkable. Rehabilitation Department is the first national industrial injury rehabilitation organization, and is the industrial injury rehabilitation center of Hebei Province. It explores rehabilitation methods successfully from the angle of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine, and uses advanced professional rehabilitation equipments to give full play to the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
