“DOVR” Elastomer Lined Sump Slurry Pumps are normally used in the conditions or erosive and corrosive slurry transportation. Within the same pump, the metal and Elastomer impellers are interchangeable to facilitate use in various applications. Intake and discharge dimensions of pump are the same, which allow them to be interchangeable without pipeline or civil rework.
Design and Unique Features
DOVR Elastomer Sump Slurry Pump is designed for applications requiring continuous handling of erosive and corrosive slurry transporting from sumps or pits, where metal sump pump can not stand for the corrosive conditions.
All submerged components wear parts to DOVR Sump Slurry Pumps, including discharge pipe, mounting plate, column, column clamp, impeller, back liner, casing, strainer and shaft, are all designed with elastomer, which allow pumps are used in high erosive conditions.
The bearings, shaft and housing are all above mounting plate to avoid bearing working in submersible conditions, and the upper bearings are grease purged and the lower is protected by a special flinger.
“DOVR” is technical designed with semi-open impeller normally with five vanes, double suction entry induce low axial bearing loads, screened inlets and large impeller particle pass can reduce the risk of block.
“DOVR” Sump Pumps also designed to minimize submerged bearing failure, shaft sealing problem, self-priming requires, risks of blocking and gland water costs.
