The highest working efficiency is up to 68% with large capacity and high head. Longer shaft or two shafts linked by coupling and stabled by mechanical seal are also used for deep sump conditions.

Design and Unique Features
DOZJL High Efficient Sump Slurry Pump are designed for applications requiring continuous abrasive slurry flows from sump or pits.
All slurry pump wear parts to DOZJL Vertical Slurry Pumps are all with material of high chrome alloy for long operation time, including impeller, back liner and casing. 
Comparing with DOV and DOVR, the impeller of DOZJ vertical slurry pump is designed of closed type, in order to achieve high working efficiency and high head. 
“DOZJL” High Efficient Vertical Slurry Pumps are suitable in various standard lengths to suit common sump depths, more than that, it can extend the depth up to 3300mm by double shaft connecting by couplings and stabled by mechanical seals above the back liner, beside of that, one more meter of suction extension pipe can be added on the bottom of pump.
Pumping is maintained even when the top inlet is not submerged, thus enabling the level of liquid to be lowered right down to the bottom inlet or the bottom of any suction extension pipe.
